特征特性人肝癌细胞；Hep3bHep-3b细胞建系于1979年，源自一位患有肝癌的7岁黑人男童。该细胞产生甲胎蛋白（alpha-fetoprotein）、乙肝表面抗原（BHsAg） 、白蛋白、巨球蛋白、α- 抗胰蛋白酶（alphal-antitrypsin）、转铁蛋白、补体（C3）、C3活性载体，纤维原等，具有广泛的研究价值。
培养条件 MEM-EBSS: Minimum Essential Medium （MEM Eagles with Earle's Balanced Salts） 10%FBS
传代方法 1:4～1:6传代，每周换液2次
