培养条件 DMEM/F12（1:1）: Ham's F12/DME Medium （DME H-16/F-12 50% Mixture w/o HEPES, with NEAA Medium） 5%FBS；0.005 mg/ml Insulin + 0.01 mg/ml Transferrin + 30nM Sodium selenite + 10 nM Hydrocortisone + 10 nM beta-estradiol + extra 2mM L-glutamine
